Our goal is to help people form a movement habit that isn’t tied to gyms, gear, or specific conditions. We design plans that work at home, in familiar spaces, at your own pace. Each plan follows a clear structure with repeatable sections and the ability to return to rhythm, even after breaks.
The Bodyraze team includes two people combining experience in body practices and habit-building. Our approach focuses on movement quality, daily presence, and personal pacing. We keep things grounded — the center of our work is always real, natural movement.
